The Brief: As new tenants moved into the Top of Tory Street Complex, the site’s primary directory needed a complete overhaul. The goal was to transform a dated plinth into a high-impact branding tool that provided both clear wayfinding and a massive advertising presence.
The Solution: We delivered a comprehensive, two-stage refresh that prioritized durability and visibility:
Phase 1: Structural Refined & Framing – We stripped back and refurbished the existing plinth framing to provide a sleek, polished foundation that matches the modern aesthetic of the new tenancies.
Phase 2: High-Impact Signage & Billboard – To maximize site exposure, we integrated a large-format billboard featuring a high-tension PVC skins. This was paired with an energy-efficient LED lighting system, ensuring the branding remains crisp, vibrant, and visible 24/7.
The Result The Top of Tory Street now features a professional, illuminated directory that acts as a beacon for the complex. The addition of the lit billboard provides the anchor tenants with a premium advertising platform that commands attention day and night.
